I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario, Canada.
As a Jamaican immigrant and a woman of colour I have first-hand experience with “not fitting in”, facing rejection and being misunderstood. Now I work with people to overcome work stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, and feelings of overwhelm and self-doubt. I also specialize in supporting people through difficult relationships with partners, friends and family members.
We’ll spend time together to understand what you’re feeling, build on your strengths, and set goals that feel realistic and meaningful. Therapy is more than just talking. It’s a supportive relationship built on trust, care, and compassion. I can help you work through anxiety, depression, and difficult life changes.
Psychotherapy can be a transformative and refreshing experience! I work in a collaborative, honest, and down-to-earth way. We can talk about anything you want. It’s a time for you to share feelings and goals and make plans for brighter days ahead. Sessions can bring clarity and comfort and a fresh perspective on your lived experiences.
